Contributions to Chad Gilbert for Cookeville City Council are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

Who May Contribute

To contribute, you must confirm all of the following:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a U.S. citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident.
• The contribution is made from your own personal funds and not from the funds of any other person or entity.
• You are not making the contribution on behalf of, or with funds provided by, another person.
• You are not a corporation, labor union, foreign national, or federal government contractor prohibited by law from contributing.

Information We Are Required to Collect

For each contribution, Tennessee law and our reporting obligations require us to collect:

• Full name
• Mailing address
• Employer
• Occupation

This information will be disclosed in publicly filed campaign-finance reports as required by Tennessee law.

Contribution Limits

Contributions to candidates for municipal office in Tennessee are subject to limits set by the Tennessee Registry of Election Finance and applicable local law. Please confirm current limits before contributing; if you contribute an amount in excess of the applicable limit, the excess will be returned.

Refund Policy

If you believe your contribution was made in error, contact us within 10 business days at gilbertforcookeville@gmail.com to request a refund. Refunds, when permitted by law, will be returned to the original method of payment.
